Enzymes are involved in the action and activity of every atom in the human body, in vegetation in every form of life. Enzymes are the elements that allows the body to be alive and nourished. It's the fuel that is used as energy after the food particles have been properly broken down and utilized to keep your engine working day after day.
We stress importance of raw, uncooked and unprocessed food in our nutritional selection, because you cannot have life and death at the same time. In other words, in connection to our body and our health, when we cut, prep and cook and overcook or process our food, all of the vital vitamins and nutrients are vanished. So, all you have is lifeless food that you are consuming. Therefore, how can we expect nourishment from what is left of our food?
When food is raw in its natural whole state, it is full of enzymes. Enzymes are sensitive to high temperatures, above 118 degrees. Anything higher and those enzymes become sluggish and extinct, just the same as us. The human body becomes relaxed, lazy and sluggish and unable to stay focused, energized and get through the day and eventually we begin to feel unwell.
Please don't wait until illness sets in to make more valuable food choices which you intend to nourish your body with. That is not only food in the raw state, but also food used and prepared so that it will nourish every cell and tissues of your entire body in the most abundant, speedy and efficient manner possible. If we don't eat the foods in natural state, the way the Creator provided us with, we are increasing our chances of dying prematurely and also suffering along the way. Remember, your loved ones and those that care about you suffer as well.

We can eat the healthiest, wholesome foods each and every day, but the body, mind and soul will continue to disintegrate if we are obsessed with fear, resentment, worry, frustration and negative mindset and unresolved unconscious and conscious memories of any life trauma. Ever wondered why the weight is not coming off when you spend hours in the gym, eat a stalk of celery daily, spend all your time in front of TV, on your cell phone, wondering what could have been if you only did this or that? Have you ever found yourself unable to sleep because you are worried about deadlines at work or being upset with your partner or kids?
As we age the number of enzymes that our own body produces decreases, stress, worry, resentment, fear, frustration, anger-decreases your body's ability to produce the enzymes and to use them when you do consume raw foods like vegetables and fruits, because your body is too overburdened to process all your emotions and keep you safe instead of focusing on proper absorption of even the healthiest foods that you put in your body. It's not easy, but you need to find that balance.
