Mango & Lime Smoothie



Serves 1 to 2


Ingredients

1.5 Cup Coconut Milk

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup Frozen Mango

1 Cup Kale

1 Cup Spinach

1 Tbsp Flax seed oil

â…› Cup Lime juice


Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix at a high speed until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!




Kids Approved Green Smoothie


Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil

2 Frozen Bananas

½ Cup Apples

½ Cup Pears

1 Cup Spinach

1 Cup Almond Milk

¼ Cup Ice


Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed pulsating speed. Blend until you get the desired consistency.



Berry Sensation



Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

1 apple

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

½ Cup frozen or fresh raspberries

1 Cup kale

1 banana or 6 dates

1 cup water or almond milk (optional)


Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed pulsating speed. Blend until you get the desired consistency. Add water or almond milk a bit at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.



Daily Dose of Sunshine



Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

Juice of 4 oranges

Juice of 2 apples

1 Cup fresh mango

Juice of 2 large carrots

¼ Cup Ice


Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed pulsating speed. Blend until you get the desired consistency. Typically, 1-2 minutes.



Daily Refresher Smoothie



Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

3 cups kale or spinach

1 pear 

1/2 banana

1 cups mango (frozen)

1 avocado

Raw almonds/walnuts (about 5-10), Brazil nuts (3)

1/2 tsp curcumin

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

2 Tablespoons of Cold Pressed Flex Seed Oil

1-2 teaspoons of Raw pumpkin seeds (unsalted)

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp sun chlorella or wheat grass powder

1/2 cup filtered water

1/4 cup ice


Instructions

Blend for about 2 minutes or until everything is completely blended and smooth and creamy. Don't put in the fridge, drink right away while it still has all the vitamins and nutrients. 


Hawaiian Paradise Smoothie



Serves 1

Ingredients

2 Oranges (juiced)

1 cup of frozen mangoes

2 Large carrots (juiced)

1 cup of pineapple

1/4 cup of shredded coconut

1/4 cup ice cubes


Instructions

If you have a powerful blender and if you want a thicker smoothie, you can add all the ingredients to it and blend it until everything is well combined. If you do not, then remember to juice the carrots and oranges preferably in cold press juicer before adding to blender with the rest of the ingredients. Add a couple extra ice cubes at the end and enjoy.



Recharge Me Smoothie



Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

1 banana fresh or frozen

2 pitted dates

2 cups of greens (spinach or kale)

1/2 lemon with peel

2 cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)

1/4 cup of almonds, walnuts, pecans (optional)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or water


Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in your blender until smooth, add more liquids of choice or water about 1/4 to 1/2 cup if needed.



Chocolate Cherry Smoothie



Serves 1 to 2



Ingredients

1.5 tsp cocoa powder

3 cups frozen dark cherries

1 banana

2 dates pitted

1/4 cup almond butter (optional)

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 cup filtered water


Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in the blender until smooth, add more water for thinner consistency if you prefer.



Happy Gut Smoothie




Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

3 cups of kale or spinach or both

2 cups papaya chunks

1 large apple core removed

2 tbsps. of ground flex seeds

1 frozen banana

1/2-1 cup of filtered water


Instructions

Blend everything in a high-powered blender for 2 minutes until smooth, add any additional water, a small amount at a time until it reaches a perfect consistency. Add a slice of star fruit on top. Enjoy.



Detox Me Smoothie



Serves 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly made orange juice

1 apple

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 cup papaya chunks


Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve right away. If you don't have a high-speed blender, blend the spinach, cilantro, and ginger with the water first, to help break them down completely. Then add in the fruit and lime juice, and blend again.
