Hydrate Me Green Goddess Juice



Ingredients:

3 stalks of celery

1/2 large cucumber

2.5 cups of green leaf lettuce

1 medium green apple

2 medium pears

Instructions: Juice all the ingredients in the cold press juicer, add ice, mix and drink right away. If not, do not add ice, place the juice in the fridge and drink over the next couple of hours. If you are not using a cold press juicer, drink right away.



Sunkiss Skin Juice



Ingredients:

8-10 large carrots, peeled

1/2 lemon

Instructions:

Juice all the ingredients in the cold press juicer, add ice, mix and drink right away. If not, do not add ice, place the juice in the fridge and drink over the next couple of hours. If you are not using a cold press juicer, drink right away. For best results drink twice a day.



Smooth Move Juice



Ingredients:

4 large carrots, peeled

1/4 lemon

1 cups spinach

1/2 cup kale

1 stalk of celery

1 apple (optional)

Instructions:

Juice all the ingredients in the cold press juicer, add ice, mix and drink right away. If not, do not add ice, place the juice in the fridge and drink over the next couple of hours. If you are not using a cold press juicer, drink right away.



Wake Me Up Morning Glory Juice



Ingredients:

4 medium yellow carrots peeled

1 ripe mango

1 cup pineapple cut into chunks

1 orange

1 apple

1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions:

Juice all the ingredients in the cold press juicer, add ginger (if using ginger, you will need to place the mixture in the blender for a quick blend), add ice, mix and drink right away. If not, do not add ice, place the juice in the fridge and drink over the next couple of hours. If you are not using a cold press juicer, drink right away.



Immune Support Smooth Juice


This is a combination of juice and smoothie

Ingredients:

For Juice:

1 apple

1/4 lemon

1/4 small beet

4 large carrots

1/4 cup fresh cranberries

For Smoothie Portion

Blend the following:

1/4 cup strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 cup kale

4 dates

2 figs

Instructions:

Juice the ingredients for the actual juice. Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie portion. Then mix both the juice and smoothie together, add some ice and enjoy.



Super Green Juice
